Guided by expert instructors, you’ll explore a multi-layered process using Artisan Paint Company products to create depth, texture, and a convincingly weathered finish. Learn how to blend base colours, apply specialised washes, and highlight details with dry brushing and subtle distressing. We’ll also cover sealing techniques to preserve the beauty of your finish and ensure it wears with integrity.

Whether you’re updating furniture, embellishing decorative accents, or looking to add a touch of old-world charm to your interiors, this masterclass offers the techniques, confidence, and creative spark to bring your vision to life.

All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a completed sample board, a comprehensive technique sheet, and the skills to apply this look at home.

Have you ever looked at old shutters or doors and fallen in love with the aged patina?  That gorgeous farmhouse table that has layers of paint and a history of lifetime to tell?  Have you wondered how to recreate that look? Well now is the time to find out!  Join us for one of our fun All about Patina workshops  to learn skills that will help you recreate those effects in your own decor!

Verdigris Workshop- Learn how to create a faux verdigris effect.  Using paints and products from the gorgeous Artisan range, you will learn how to recreate the look of aged copper and  bronze.  This technique is perfect to update garden urns , busts, statues, etc to bring  an elegant sophisticated feel to your decor.

Stone Workshop- Learn how to give decor items the appearance of aged stone.  Turn cheap terracotta planters, cement garden ornaments, and more  into aged stone beauties  

Weathered Wood Workshop- Using products from the Artisan range learn how to layer paint, and age to give an authentic crusty antique appearance.  This is one of my favourite effects!  With layers of colour and texture it can be as subtle or as bold as you like... you decide! 

Chateau glamour- In this workshop you will be discovering using glazes, washes and waxes to achieve that authentic aged patina seen in antiques in English castles and French chateaus. 

Decoupage made simple. In this workshop you will use several types of images to achieve the perfect decoupage finish.  We will be using both the wet and dry application methods as well as demonstrating extending out images to fit your surface.

All workshops will run from 9-12.30 with a luscious morning tea provided.
